About us

With 100 years of experience, we are actively working for a sustainable and fossil-free society. We develop and manufacture all our products in Småland. We offer a wide range of products, such as ground source heat pumps, air-to-water heat pumps, indoor modules, storage tanks, etc.

Our roots go back to 1923 when we started heating Swedish homes. Our green boilers have provided heat to millions of households across Europe. We were the first to introduce boilers with built-in water heating and we were the first to launch air-to-water heat pumps. So it's no exaggeration to say that we have developed the industry.

CTC is one of Europe's leading manufacturers of heating products. We are based in Småland and have sales all over the world.

Environment and sustainability

Environment/sustainability ISO-14001

Our sustainable product and system solutions aim to continuously improve the environment and reduce environmental impact. Therefore, it is also natural for us to always consider environmental aspects in everything we do by:

continuously keeping up to date with environmental legislation and complying with it by a wide margin.
developing, manufacturing and marketing products that are safe, energy-efficient and environmentally friendly, and that can also be safely scrapped or recycled.
use processes and working methods that minimise environmental impact.

Information on recycling

For proper disposal, packaging must be deposited at a recycling station or with your retailer. All heat pumps have parts that must be recycled. For help with this, you can contact your installer or go to the recycling station yourself. It is important that the pump's coolant, compressor oil and electronics are recycled properly. CTC's other products should also be recycled. Contact an installer if you are unsure about the recycling procedure.

CTC AB is one of Europe's leading manufacturers of heating products and is represented in a large number of countries worldwide. The company includes the brands CTC, Bentone and Turboflame.

We are about 250 driven employees who provide the world with sustainable energy solutions. All development and manufacturing takes place in Ljungby. We work in an environment with happy and ambitious employees, short decision paths and high ceilings.

Alexander Lindberg is one of the people responsible for the development of our products. As group manager for test and verification, his role is to lead the work on tests and trials so that CTC can deliver the best heat pumps on the market.

Our export sales coordinator Ulrika Petersson has been part of CTC for many years. She started at the sister company Bentone, but later their export department was merged with CTC's, and since then she has been working in various ways to sell CTC's products on the global market.
