Year-round heating and cooling
CTC EcoAir 700M provides efficient heating and cooling to maintain the perfect indoor climate throughout the year. Even in extremely cold conditions, down to –25 °C, the heat pump delivers reliable heating and domestic hot water. On warmer days (up to +40 °C), the advanced cooling function ensures a pleasant and comfortable indoor environment. The system seamlessly switches between heating and cooling, operating through an underfloor heating system or a separate system with fan convectors.

Energy-efficient performance
With high performance and an energy efficiency class of A+++, the outdoor unit helps reduce the property's energy consumption. CTC EcoAir 700M is available in three sizes – 708M, 712M and 720M – and is compatible with our complete range of indoor modules and controllers.

Connected and ready for the future
All CTC controllers have internet connection as standard. With the myUplink app, you can control and monitor your system directly from your mobile phone - adjust temperature, receive operating alarms and view real-time status. The system is also smart home ready (e.g. Alexa, Google Home) and Smartgrid compatible.
