Where can I find new Ecodesign labels to print?
Most energy-related products (including heat pumps, refrigerators and light bulbs) must have an energy label so that consumers can easily compare energy efficiency and other basic facts. Energy labeling is law in the EU. New labels can be printed here.
I have recurring alarms, what should I do?
All our heat pumps are designed for reliable operation with a long service life. If your heat pump alarms, it may in some cases be something you can fix yourself. In our manuals there is information on troubleshooting and appropriate measures.
