How do I prepare the ground for the installation of my EcoAir air-to-water heat pump?

The placement of the heat pump should be done so that the house is not damaged and the condensation water can easily drain into the ground.

Our manuals contain easy-to-understand instructions on how to prepare the ground in the best possible way.

Where can I find new Ecodesign labels to print?

Most energy-related products (including heat pumps, refrigerators and light bulbs) must have an energy label so that consumers can easily compare energy efficiency and other basic facts. Energy labeling is law in the EU. New labels can be printed here.

I have recurring alarms, what should I do?

All our heat pumps are designed for reliable operation with a long service life. If your heat pump alarms, it may in some cases be something you can fix yourself. In our manuals there is information on troubleshooting and appropriate measures. If you do not have your own manual, you can find it on our collection page for manuals, search for the product name in the search box.

It may also be that an installer needs to be consulted.
