Custom-made for smaller houses

CTC's GSi ground source heat pump series has enjoyed great success. The series has now been expanded with the CTC GSi 8 — a custom-made unit for heating a smaller house or holiday home.

The efficient ground source heat pumps have the best energy labelling a heat pump can receive.

The GSi series therefore now consists of three different models: CTC GSi 16 for larger properties, CTC GSi 12 for the average home and the newly launched CTC GSi 8 , which is well suited to smaller houses with an output range of 2.5 to 7.7 kW.

"At CTC, all house and property owners can find an efficient and climate-friendly heat pump that suits their specific needs. You can save up to 80 percent on energy consumption, which is practically fantastic," says Mats Lindgren, Marketing and Sales Director at CTC/Enertech.

Even better performance

The GSi series consists of variable speed heat pumps for ground source, water source or geothermal heat. They adapt automatically to the building's output requirements throughout the year. When the requirement is high, the output increases; when the requirement is low, the compressor slows down and the output decreases.

"With the GSi series, we have raised the bar higher for anyone who wants to invest in environmentally friendly energy. In one year, CTC GSi provides more than five times the energy it consumes, states Mats Lindgren.

Utilising the borehole

The CTC GSi is a good solution for anyone wanting to replace an old heat pump. It automatically adapts to the existing borehole, therefore incurring a significantly lower installation cost for the owner.

The 4.3-inch colour touchscreen has clear symbols with English text, which makes it easy to adjust the heat and hot water or to retrieve a range of information about the operation. You control the heat pump in the myUplink app.
