Operating problem myUplink

Currently, some users are experiencing problems connecting to myUplink, with the connection to the server being interrupted. We are aware of the problem and are working intensively to resolve the issue.

The issue shows up with the following error codes in your heat pump:

  • I046: No server connection

  • E168: No server connection

The functionality of the heat pump is not affected by the error codes. The heat pump continues to work as usual. However, the electricity price control may be temporarily disconnected, which means that the heat pump cannot be controlled based on the electricity price during this period.

 

What can I do until the issue is resolved?

  • In some cases, the error can be temporarily resolved by disconnecting the internet cable, waiting 10 seconds, and then reconnecting it. Sometimes you may also need to restart the display for myUplink to work again.

  • Ignore the alarm codes I046/E168 from the heat pump. The heat pump will continue to operate as normal (pay attention to other error codes).

  • Temporarily turn off the electricity price control. The setting can be found under Advanced/Define/Communication/Electricity price no
