CTC and Svff extend partnership
CTC continues as an official partner of the Swedish Football Association. The new cooperation agreement runs until 2025 and applies to both the men's and women's national teams.
- We are proud and happy to have a long-term cooperation with the Swedish Football Association. Not least this year when we have a major championship to look forward to, with the women playing the World Cup in Australia and New Zealand," says Mats Lindgren, CTC's Marketing and Sales Director.
Partner since 2019
CTC has been an official partner of the Swedish Football Association since 2019. CTC's support of Swedish football means, among other things, that CTC will be visible at the women's national team matches at Gamla Ullevi in Gothenburg and the men's national team matches at Friends Arena in Solna in the future.
- Football contributes with a lot of positive effects in society, every day. Not least, football fulfils an important function for children and young people and we believe in the message that everyone is welcome in the warm community, says Mats Lindgren.
"Interest is growing all the time"
- We at the Swedish Football Association are very pleased that CTC has chosen to extend our cooperation for another three years. Nine out of ten parents of children who play football feel that the sport has a positive effect on their children's physical and mental well-being. The interest in our national women's team is increasing all the time and it is therefore particularly pleasing that CTC will now also be visible in connection with the national women's team," says Johan Cederbrant, key account manager, Swedish Football Association.
No other sport engages as many people as football. There are more than 3,000 clubs with a total of half a million players in Sweden, and around 1,400 football matches are played every day.
