FAQs: What is the difference between EcoZenith i350 and EcoZenith i250?

What are the differences between the EcoZenith i350 and EcoZenith i250 indoor modules? This is a question we often get. What is your hot water requirement? What kind of heating system do you have? This will determine which option best suits your needs.

Indoor modules that produce a lot of energy and hot water

The major advantage of the i350 is that it has plenty of hot water, produces the energy your house needs for any given moment and is ideal if you have a high demand for hot water.

The EcoZenith i350 has a changeover valve, with a large hot water capacity and high heating economy. It has no shunt. The flow from the heat pump goes either directly to the heating system or to the hot water tank. When you are loading hot water, there is no flow into the house. This means that the heating system stands still for a while.

The main advantage is that it is not sensitive to the existing heating system. It is also suitable for smaller underfloor heating and single pipe systems and for normal hot water needs.

The EcoZenith i250 is an indoor module with a built-in tank and automatic shunt. It works against a volume of water and produces heat and hot water simultaneously. It has a built-in accumulator which means that there is always a flow in the heating system.
