To spread the Christmas cheer so that more families get more time to celebrate Christmas together, the CTC/Enertech Group has decided to donate SEK 50,000 to the Swedish Cancer Society instead of giving Christmas gifts to employees. The Swedish Cancer Society is an independent, non-profit fundraising organisation whose goal it is to see more people surviving cancer and fewer affected by the disease. To achieve this, the organisation works with research funding, dissemination of knowledge and advocacy work. Since its inception in 1951, the Swedish Cancer Society has contributed almost SEK 9 billion to cancer research in Sweden.
